IT Project Engineer

Overview of the role
We are looking for a motivated experienced support engineer to join our ever-growing Team. We are currently looking to expand our team with a Senior Engineer to help with helpdesk queries and project delivery.
We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure, is keen to learn, and also has the ability to teach others to help them improve their skills.
There will be expected travel with this role.

Essential Skills for us:
Direct experience in a few of the following areas are required.
- Office 365 Management
- Azure (Entra)/ Intune
- Sharepoint Management
- Windows Server
- AD, GPO
- Good understanding of networking (DHCP,DNS,Static Routing,VLANS,VPNs)
- Firewall Management
- Hyper-V
- Backup Solutions both local and cloud
Bonus Skills
- Sophos AV
- Sophos XGS firewalls
- Unifi
- Powershell
- CCNA
- Experience managing and maintaining RMM tools
Technical Skills
- You must be able to drive
- Presentable
- Polite on the phone and in person
- Time Tracking
Further Details/Reqs:
- Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibilities will be making sure customer requests are being dealt with in a professional and quick manner, Customers come first at OhTech, we always try to be as helpful as possible!
- Responding to system alerts and helping to resolve the issues quickly
- Supporting the less experienced engineers on the desk
- Project deployment
