Kyle is the Managing Director of Oh-Tech, where he helps businesses use technology in a way that is practical, secure, and genuinely supportive of their day-to-day operations. With a strong belief that IT should enable people rather than complicate things, Kyle focuses on delivering clear, reliable solutions without unnecessary jargon or over-engineering.
Working closely with clients, Kyle takes a hands-on approach to understanding how each business operates, ensuring their IT systems are aligned with their goals, people, and budget. He has a particular focus on cyber security, Microsoft 365, and proactive support, helping organisations stay protected while working efficiently and confidently.
Kyle is passionate about building long-term relationships and doing IT properly, prioritising trust, transparency, and service quality above quick wins. Outside of day-to-day operations, he is also keen to give back to the local community and believes that businesses have a responsibility to make a positive impact beyond technology alone.
Alex
Technical Director
Alex is the Technical Director at Oh-Tech and is responsible for the technical direction, standards, and quality of the solutions delivered to clients. With a deep understanding of modern IT environments, Alex ensures systems are secure, reliable, and built to support how businesses actually work.
He plays a key role in designing and overseeing infrastructure, cyber security, and Microsoft 365 solutions, while also supporting the wider technical team to maintain high standards across all client environments. Alex is known for his methodical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things properly rather than taking shortcuts.
Passionate about technology and continual improvement, Alex focuses on keeping Oh-Tech’s platforms and processes aligned with best practice, ensuring clients benefit from stable, well-managed IT that they can rely on day in, day out.
Ross
Head of Communications
Ross oversees communications and ISP services for Oh‑Tech, supporting the delivery of reliable internet connectivity, data circuits and voice solutions for our customers.
Working closely with the wider Oh‑Tech team, Ross helps ensure connectivity services are designed with performance, resilience and real‑world business needs in mind. His role focuses on maintaining high service standards, clear communication and dependable infrastructure that businesses can rely on day‑to‑day.
Ross brings a practical, customer‑focused approach to communications and connectivity, helping ensure Oh‑Tech customers remain connected, productive and supported as they grow.
Jasmine
Head of Business Operations
Jasmine is part of the leadership team at Oh-Tech and oversees the operational side of the business, helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly as the company continues to prorogue. She plays a key role in supporting internal processes, client experience, and day-to-day organisation.
With a strong focus on communication, consistency, and people, Jasmine works closely with the leadership team to maintain high standards across the business. Her role helps ensure the technical teams are well supported and clients receive a professional, reliable experience at every touchpoint.
